Their promotions recognise the talent, commitment and leadership that continue to drive dMFK’s growth and creativity. Collectively, they represent the collaborative spirit at the heart of our practice.

Adam joined dMFK in 2019 after completing his Master of Architecture in Canada. He has played a pivotal role in several studio-defining projects, including Chancery House for The Office Group / Fora and Storey at 201 Bishopsgate for British Land.

Isobel is currently leading the refurbishment of a City of London skyscraper alongside the residential-led regeneration of two London sites. She also conceived and runs dMFK’s work experience programme, which aims to break down barriers to entry for aspiring young architects.

Issy is leading dMFK's ongoing refurbishment and extension of a West End office block opposite a Grade I Listed church to create a highly sustainable best-in-class HQ, in addition to running the commercial team reimagining Hampstead Police Station as a mixed-use development.

Lawrence joined dMFK in 2015. He has worked on a wide range of the studio's heritage, regeneration and new-build schemes, including the award-winning transformation of the Former Nestle Factory's 'heritage cluster' into 400 homes. Lawrence is also a mentor for Women in Architecture UK.

Mathilda joined dMFK in 2017. Her experience includes leading the restoration of C.F.A. Voysey's iconic former wallpaper factory Voysey House, for which she was shortlisted for an MJ Long Prize for Excellence in Practice, and a hospitality-inspired Shoreditch HQ for a post-production studio.

Since joining dMFK in 2019, Rebecca has worked on some of the studio's most significant high-end commercial projects, including Temple Chambers for Dorrington PLC and Chancery House for The Office Group / Fora.

With over a decade of industry experience, Richard is leading dMFK's transformative reconfiguration, refurbishment and upgrade of 201 Bishopsgate for British Land. Outside the studio, he is a mentor for the PoC in Architecture programme.
