Situated in the heart of London, GPE's 170 Piccadilly is the sensitive restoration and renovation of two Grade II listed buildings, reimagined as workspace that is fit for modern use while carefully retaining and celebrating the rich heritage details that make these buildings so special.

This recognition is a testament to the dedication and expertise of an exceptional client and project team. Thank you to the Mix Awards for the fantastic recognition for 170 Piccadilly, and congratulations to everyone involved - and all the deserving winners throughout the evening.

The judges said, ‘An interesting and meaningful sustainability journey, particularly in how it connects to how occupiers will use the building. Aesthetically, it is a different take compared to other serviced offers, which is commendable – the Egyptian lineage from the existing site is a strong element within the design narrative, giving the scheme a distinctive cultural reference point.’
