At MIPIM 2026, we joined forces again with Elliott Wood for the fifth – and largest – SwiMIPIM. The annual event bringing together swimmers of all abilities from across the built environment raised over £18,000 for Streets of London. This money will go towards critical projects which raise awareness about homelessness in London, and provide both urgent help and long-term specialist support to get people off the streets.

Over 50 swimmers joined us in Cannes during the global real estate conference, for 1km or 2km distance swims starting from The London Stand. Special thanks goes to our SwiMIPIM ambassador Fiona Gibson of NLA, and honorary guest Deputy Mayor of London for Housing and Residential Development Tom Copley.

Every swimmer who took part has played an important role in raising awareness and funds for a critical charity tackling homelessness on the streets of London. Thank you to everyone who made a donation – your funds will make a significant difference. There is still time to donate here if you would like to support Streets for London.

dMFK and Elliott Wood will be joining forces for SwiMIPIM again in 2027, continuing the fundraising efforts of the past five years. Find out more at the SwiMIPIM website.
