dMFK’s sensitive, heritage-led workplace retrofit of 170 Piccadilly is as a BCO Awards Regional Finalist, recognising excellent built work from across the capital over the last 12 months.

Designed by dMFK for GPE, the project combines two Grade II Listed buildings to create a Fully Managed workplace rooted in its history and location. Introducing sophisticated modern design and cutting-edge functionality, the design blends historic character with contemporary comfort.

Thank you to everyone on the team who contributed to making this project a success. The winner will be revealed at the BCO London Awards Lunch in April 2026.
