Our design for Mayfair HQ seeks to promote connectivity, balancing opportunities for collaboration with quieter, more private workspaces. Warm, tactile and rich materials have been layered to add a sense of quality and depth, including solid ash, dark stained oak, natural stone and ceramic slabs.

Expansive space, kitchen islands and soft seating encourage employees to come together to eat, chat and collaborate, whilst private workspace comes in the form of glass-fronted pods and desk enclaves which offer quiet retreats for more focused work.

Mayfair HQ is up against a range of fantastic commercial projects across Europe, including Bloomberg's new Dublin HQ and a modular office in Warsaw. Winners will be announced on Wednesday 26 November 2025 at the prestigious Grosvenor House, London.
