The session focused on helping incoming graduates and early-career professionals turn their university projects into clear, compelling portfolios that communicate both creative thinking and technical skill. Our team shared insights from practice, discussing what we look for in portfolios, how presentation choices reflect design thinking, and ways to convey process alongside outcome.

It was a lively and engaging evening, with attendees asking thoughtful questions about the transition from academia to professional practice and the realities of working in design-led studios.
We were delighted to welcome such an enthusiastic group of emerging talent. We hope the session offered practical guidance and encouragement for navigating the often-challenging leap from university to professional life, and we look forward to continuing to support the next generation of designers.
