Working with client C C Land, the project transformed a series of back-of-house spaces beneath the tower into a calm, carefully choreographed sequence that supports tenants’ everyday routines. The design focused on clarity, comfort and ease of use, creating an intuitive journey that unfolds away from the intensity of the City above.

A considered progression of light, colour and material guides users through the facilities. The cycle store is defined by darker ceilings and directional lighting that bring order and legibility, before transitioning into warmer, more grounded locker areas. In the showers and WCs, the architecture softens further, with lighter timber tones, diffused lighting and tactile finishes creating a more intimate, spa-like atmosphere.

The completed facilities enhance the experience of active travel at the Leadenhall Building, delivering a refined set of contemporary spaces that elevate the daily commute while respecting the architectural language of the tower.
